How Tasha Created Momentum Through the 6 GO4IT Life Pillars

FITNESS
She moved like she was going somewhere.
Tasha stopped working out just to look good.
Instead, she trained to carry the dream God gave her.
“My body is a vessel, not a barrier.”
Her Morning Move Plan:
5 mins Praise (Worship music + prayer walk)
10 mins Motion (Stretch + bodyweight flow)
5 mins Mindset (Read an affirmation from the Dream Deck)

FINANCES
She gave her dollars direction.
Tasha divided her spending into two categories.
Feed the Flesh vs. Fuel the Dream
She cut her daily latte.
She started a “GO FAR Fund.”
Try it this week
Track every expense.
Reassign one unnecessary spend to your dream savings.

FAMILY
She chose presence over perfection.
She paused her scroll.
Sat with her son.
Asked:
“What’s something you’re excited about right now?”
No fixing. No advice. Just love.

RELATIONSHIPS
She built what she wanted to breathe in.
Tasha texted 3 friends.
“What’s one goal I can pray for this week?”
Only one responded. But it was the right one.

“Speak at a women’s leadership event.”
Then she took one simple step.
